Job Role: SAP Application Support - Finance

We are seeking an SAP Application Support Specialist to provide support for all processes within the Finance business function. The role involves resolving incidents efficiently, eliminating recurring issues through problem management, and partnering with Finance stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and implement improvements to enhance application use and business value in the Finance process area.
* Restore IT services in the Finance process area promptly with minimal business disruption.
* Identify and implement solutions to known problems via change management.
* Log all IT incidents through the helpdesk and work towards reducing call volume.
* Collaborate with internal developers and external consultants to provide solutions.
* Offer user support and training for business processes.
* Enhance technical knowledge through personal learning, training, and industry events.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and users.
* Maintain significant SAP Finance experience, preferably within FMCG, with knowledge of critical business processes and ITIL principles. Experience with S/4 HANA and Fiori is a plus.
* Monitor work quality and timeliness, making improvements as needed.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, including influence and persuasion.
* Establish credibility and build relationships at all levels.
* Focus on customer impact and service quality.
* Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify flaws and investigate further.
* Make confident decisions and defend them assertively.
