Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. Location: Belfast. Duration: Permanent. Pay Rate: £26,692 per annum. Hours of work: 30 hours per week.
The role involves coordinating and delivering a range of complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online to victims and survivors of conflict, as part of RFJs Health and Wellbeing Programme, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating Complementary Therapy Services for RFJs members.
* Procurement of Complementary Therapy Therapists.
* Supervising Therapists delivering Complementary Therapy.
* Ensuring good governance, including data protection.
* Maintaining safe, professional, and welcoming environments.
* Reviewing and implementing good practice policies for face-to-face and online clinics.
* Maintaining MYMOPS and Salesforce data systems according to requirements.
* Developing referral systems for users needing further assistance.
* Liaising with RFJ staff.
* Providing quarterly reports with qualitative and quantitative data.
* Implementing monitoring and evaluation procedures.
* Producing informational leaflets and website updates.
* Maintaining records legally and appropriately.
* Performing other duties as reasonably requested by management.
Essential criteria include relevant qualifications and experience in complementary therapy, project management, understanding of conflict legacy in Ireland, trauma impacts, research experience, knowledge of NGO governance, gender harms, CPD in trauma, communication skills, and ability to travel.
