This is an 18 - month secondment/fixed term opportunity.
You willbe responsible forimplementing training programsto ensure a successful rollout of o9 acrossMEU, collaborating closely with project leadership,regional deliveryteamsand local BUteams.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. StrategicAdvisor:Support Regional Leadership on the capability track of the o9 transformation.
2. Complex Change Integration: Collaborate with theBU Leaders andChange Management Leadsto integrate training into the broader cultural shift, ensuring technicalproficiencyis matched by mindsetand WOWadoption.
3. Risk Mitigation:Identifyregional risks / knowledge gaps,presenting readiness risks and mitigation strategies toRegional /BU/ Change Teams.
4. Plan & lead training related activities for the Region Deployment Team, Key Users,SMEsand End Users.
5. Align BUs in the region to the program training strategy, trainingcurriculumand training governance.
6. Identifyand implement training readiness and effectiveness criteria.
7. Ensure all training material is fit for purpose (e.g. local nuances to the planning model, languages etc).
8. Implement a ‘train the trainer’ approach to equip select individuals in the region to independently deliver training.
9. Partner with MDS and SMEs to ensure a training environment with usable data is available to create training materials and deliver training.
10. Partner with the BUs to create a training schedule for the region that covers all impacted individuals.
11. Report training attendance and training effectiveness.
What you will bring

12. Experience:5+ years of experience leading cross-functional L&D, Capabilityor Transformation programs
13. Strategic Acumen:Demonstratedsuccess insupportingthe "people side" of implementations across multi-countryor functions.
14. Ability to negotiatetraining requirements against competing business priorities.
15. Analytics: Experience using data-driven insights toassessreadiness.
16. Experience in designing and deliveringextendedtraining programs.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
18. Proficiencyin learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning rapid development tools (for exampleWorkDay, VILT).
19. Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
20. System implementation exposurepreferred.

Education / Certifications:
23. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
24. Change management certification preferred.
