Domiciliary Care Worker
Location
Various locations across Belfast and surrounding areas.
Hours
Full-time and part-time positions available (flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends).
Salary and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate, plus mileage allowance and paid training.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and practical support to service users in their homes.
* Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, eating, and medication support.
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all service users.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
* Adhere to Inotee Home Care NI's policies, RQIA standards, and safeguarding procedures.
* Have a genuine passion for caring for others.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to complete mandatory training and AccessNI Enhanced Disclosure check.
* Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care.
* QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Additional Information
All roles involving regulated activity with vulnerable adults require an Enhanced AccessNI Disclosure check in accordance with the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order 2007. Applicants must provide proof of identity and consent to a criminal record check.
