In this busy production role, you'll be a crucial part of the manufacturing team, interpreting drawings and measurements, manufacturing prefabricated steel to specification, and ensuring TOTAL quality.
Our production welders work in a fast-paced environment, operating various tools such as angle grinders, and using weld materials and manual welding equipment (MIG/MAG).
While welding experience is beneficial, we are also open to applicants with no prior experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, work hard, and grow with us. With our training and support, you'll have every opportunity to succeed.
Your organisational skills, ability to self-manage and self-motivate, along with a proactive attitude, will help you thrive in this role.
You should have:
* The ability to read basic technical drawings (or be willing to learn).
* An awareness of Health & Safety Standards.
* A sound knowledge of welding equipment/materials (or a readiness to develop this knowledge).
