Liaise with site production and keep customers updated on delivery status. Process customer sales orders efficiently using the ERP system. Raise stock replenishment orders as needed. Manage and update customer portals for key accounts seamlessly. Establish, manage, and update customer price lists accurately. Input Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts in manufacture, liaising with the Commercial & Manufacturing team as required.
