You will be working under the Registered Manager to help lead a high quality, safe and nurturing home for Children.

Qualifications
* Level 3/4 NVQ in Health and Social Care - Children
Desirable
* Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
* Health and Social Care degree or equivalent
Desirable Experience:
* Relevant experience of leadership in Health and Social Care, children and young people.
* Minimum of one years' experience as a senior or deputy manager of a Children's service up to 17 years old
* Relevant experience of supporting successful Ofsted registered children's homes with good or outstanding ratings
* Care standards understanding and knowledge, including child protection.
* Understanding of children's needs from traumatic backgrounds
* Professionalism in approach, Understanding and deliverance. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Committed to delivering a high level of care and support for our children and young people.

* Understand best practices and lead in implementing evidence based research
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Solution focused approach
* Able to meet deadlines effectively and to prioritise to meet targets

* Ensuring a positive transition into and out of the home for children and fostering stability for each child

* Taking part in all meetings relevant to children's care planning
* Undertaking hours to suit the home
* Excellent planning and time management.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
