An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a well-established and growing financial planning and wealth management firm based in Crawley. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality financial planning services and supporting Financial Planners in providing comprehensive advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of client circumstances and objectives, including the preparation of financial plans, cash flow models, and supporting reports.
- Assist in the formulation of recommendations across investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
- Ensure all client files and back-office systems are maintained to the highest compliance standards.
- Prepare client review documentation and performance reports to support ongoing advice.
- Liaise with clients and professional partners, ensuring a high level of service and clear communication throughout the advice process.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business to ensure the efficient delivery of client outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of personal finance, including pensions, investments, and taxation.
- Sound understanding of the FCA regulatory framework and its application to independent advice.
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status (or equivalent Level 6 qualification).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience with trusts and investment bonds is advantageous but not essential.
