Overview
Tesco Store Manager – Permanent, full‑time. Oversee all aspects of store operations, from recruiting and training staff, to driving trade activity and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Shift Pattern
Varies from day to day but are planned in advance.
Responsibilities
* Recruit and train a high‑performing team, developing operational and leadership skills.
* Coach the team on product knowledge and brand standards to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive trade activity and grow sales and profits through expert knowledge.
* Lead and develop managers to deliver the Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring efficient staffing.
* Ensure store trading legality and safety by coaching the use of security tools.

* Customer‑centric approach, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Resilience and energy to maintain momentum in challenging environments and make decisive decisions.

Working Conditions
