Location: Cardiff
Salary: £30,000 with £80,000 OTE (depending on revenue generated)

About the Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
* Developing your own vertical markets, driving new business and growing key accounts
* Building strong commercial relationships with SMEs and major brands across the region
* Identifying and attracting top talent through networking, advertising, headhunting and social media
* Offering expert recruitment solutions that address client challenges and help businesses thrive
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates

* Professional Services (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing & Sales)
* IT, Digital and Cyber
* Executive & Leadership recruitment
