* Assist guests with digital ordering systems, including kiosks and the app, demonstrating how to customize and place orders confidently.
* Maintain smooth service flow by monitoring the crowd, minimizing wait times, and keeping guests informed about their orders.
* Handle guest complaints professionally by listening, staying calm, resolving issues when possible, and involving management if necessary.
