Join us as an Inside Sales Coordinator and energise our field sales team to exceed revenue targets. You will manage all inbound enquiries—including leads, quotes, and post-sale support—while nurturing high-value and dormant customers via phone and email. You'll qualify and convert prospects, research clients, identify cross-selling opportunities across our full product range, and oversee the sales pipeline with weekly reports and proactive follow-ups.

* Support Field Sales in revenue growth via quotes, pipeline, calls, qualification, and appointments.
* Manage outbound calls and maintain CRM records.
* Deliver qualified leads for quotations.
* Prepare overdue opportunity reports in CRM.
* Keep CRM data accurate and complete.
* Identify cross-divisional sales opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed
* Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic team player
* Strong interpersonal and time management skills
* Extensive experience in administrative roles

* Skilled in telephony environments
