Estimator
An established house builder have a requirement for an experienced Estimator to join their team.
Reporting to the commercial Director and working closely with the Land team assisting with land viabilities for land opportunities. Duties include:
* Attend pre start, design team and any other relevant meeting as required.
* Prepare estimates of all construction costs, including all site abnormals,
