Key Purpose of the Job:
As part of the team, you will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day Fleet and Logistics administration. We are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills as well as some help on the Warehouse floor.
Fleet:
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage & maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports, ensuring all deadlines are met.
2. Organise & manage all contract-ending vehicle inspections.
3. Conduct fleet inductions for new starters.
4. Distribute penalty notices to relevant parties.
5. Support drivers with policies & procedures.
6. Issue & return of company vehicles.
7. Process invoices & raise purchase orders.
8. Arrange hire vehicles & vehicle maintenance as needed.
9. Coordinate vehicle repairs.
10. Keep fleet records & databases up to date.
11. Order & distribute fuel cards.
12. Manage the insurance database (adding/removing vehicles).
13. Arrange for vehicle equipment installation.
14. Coordinate vehicle branding when required.
15. Liaise with drivers and suppliers via telephone & email.
Warehouse:
1. Receive, inspect, unload, and process deliveries accurately.
2. Pick, pack, prepare & dispatch orders accurately.
3. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts – if qualified).
4. Support daily stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
5. Prepare daily reports for key stakeholders.
6. Process returns.
7. Collaborate closely with Purchasing.
8. Maintain clean, tidy, and organized work areas.

1. Implement and adhere to all company policies, including information security, environmental, quality, and health & safety policies.
2. Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
Essential Requirements:
1. Valid driving license.
2. Attention to detail.

4. Punctuality and flexibility.
5. Work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Competence in driving cars & light commercial vehicles (up to 3.5T).
