We are looking for a Temporary Packaging Artwork Administrator. The role will be based at our Innovation Centre in Bedford, UK The Temporary Packaging Artwork Administrator is responsible for supporting Global Packaging & Print delivery, in order to plan and deliver on time all branded artwork changes within SPD as described below. • Checking documentation related to artwork creation • Proof reading artwork files and print proofs • Managing tasks and approvals with the business systems as required Main responsibilities: The Temporary Packaging Artwork Administrator is responsible for compliant delivery of artwork and ensuring all changes are in line with company strategy, processes, customer and regulatory requirements. About you: • Excellent attention to detail • Competent with common software packages such as Word, Excel, Acrobat and Microsoft teams – experience with Illustrator or on-line artwork project management tools is beneficial but not essential We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
