The Role: The Crowd are working with an international and prestigious employee-owned architecture practice that are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their London team. The role is standalone in London and will work closely with senior management across their international offices to discuss new bids and tenders while ensuring communication is strong across the entire bid process. Key Responsibilities: Gather bids, competitions, and leads for studios and maintain related databases Collaborate with partners in business development and communications Evaluate briefs and tender documents Manage bid processes and coordinate internal and external inputs Keep bid information and CVs updated and easily accessible Work with the communications and graphics team to create standout bids Ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions Schedule client post-bid reviews Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and bid performance Track and report bid statistics and fee analysis Participate in sector meetings and maintain CRM tool so that it is up to date Key Skills: Previous experience in a similar role Proactive in collaborating and coordinating with senior partners Excellent writing abilities Adept at managing diverse stakeholders and complex challenges Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe InDesign Highly organised and detail-oriented Efficient in managing time and workload Excellent verbal and presentation skills Professional and adaptable demeanour To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
