Indra UK & Ireland are enjoying a period of continued growth including a historic contract award with Transport for London. We are looking to grow our HR & Talent Acquisition team to support the growth across Recruitment and Onboarding.
The role of the Recruitment and HR Coordinator is essential in the support of our internal customers as well as promoting Indra UK & Ireland to prospective employees by providing an exceptional candidate journey. You will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising our roles to onboarding new colleagues and all the administrative tasks in between.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment and/or HR experience who is looking to grow into a Talent Acquisition and/or HR role.
Key duties will include:
* Overseeing all onboarding tasks, including security clearance, right to work checks, issuing contracts, updating our HR and ATS systems, as well ensuring new starters have the support and documentation they need.
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews via our ATS
* Recruitment Administration to include processing of invoices, writing job descriptions, sharing psychometric tests etc.
* Being the first point of contact in the Talent Acquisition team for any recruitment related queries including from recruitment agencies, universities, schools, students etc
* Assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring including sourcing, screening and interviewing where required.
* Coordination of induction e-learning, including mandatory training and compliance.
Requirements
Whilst there are some essential requirements for this role, we believe that success in this role will be determined by your attitude, behaviours, and alignment with our values, rather than skills alone.
To be successful in this role you will be:
* From a recruitment and/or HR background or interested in pursuing a role within these areas
* Someone who is willing to be flexible in their approach, we are in a growth period which means we can be involved in multiple projects, across different markets at any one time
* A strong administrator with confidence using various MS Office packages such as Word, Excel.
* Experience using a applicant tracking system preferred but not essential.
* An exceptional communicator who is credible and concise, you will be able to build relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders with ease.
* A self-starter with a desire to contribute to a growing team
* Proactive with strong organisation and planning skills.
* Takes the initiative to continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for automation.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel to other Indra sites, London, Peterborough
