Restaurant Supervisor – Join Our Team at Elements
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, passionate hospitality professional to join our award-winning front-of-house team at Elements as Restaurant Supervisor.
Working closely with our Restaurant Manager, you'll gain mentorship and the chance to develop your leadership skills as part of a supportive, close-knit team.
As the face of Elements and the first person our guests meet, you'll set the tone for their dining experience - ensuring person each feels genuinely welcomed, cared for and at the centre of our hospitality. You'll bring an eye for detail, a natural warmth and the confidence to suggest improvements that benefit guests, colleagues and the restaurant as a whole.

What we're looking for:
* Solid experience in quality hospitality (fine dining preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of food and wine, or the enthusiasm to learn quickly
* A natural people-person who thrives on building guest relationships
* Calm and professional under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail
* Genuine passion for hospitality and the ambition to grow with us
