And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming, caring and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted and able to be themselves.Our ten week Summer Internship Programme offers you unrivalled access to information, experts, and industry leaders.The Team youjoin:The Investment Team manages portfolios on behalf of institutional, wholesale and retail clients all around the world. The Investment Directing teams aim to commercialise Fidelityinvestment capabilities. The team is responsible for representing the Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset, Systematic Investing and Real Estate groups to prospective and existing clients, reporting on portfolios, promoting thought leadership on topics, working with product development to create new products to meet investorsdemands, and generating marketing material to support sales activity.The team has a strong knowledge of markets and Fidelityportfolio strategies, combined with a capacity to communicate these in different formats, including through direct client relationships. This internship will teach you how we do it.What youdoing:We donexpect you to come straight in and know everything about what we do.As an intern, and whatever youstudying, wehelp make sure you get the most out of your time with us. There are expert colleagues around the world to learn from and share ideas with. our 10- week programme, yousupport investment directing and investment specialists and prepare core marketing presentations and reporting materials to support sales activities.Youwork with internal stakeholders to source key data and obtain the latest internal views on issues, assisting with project management tasks as assigned by the team. Youexperience fund and market analysis, client reporting, and will work with colleagues from across the investment specialist teams, the fund analysts, Portfolio Managers and local sales and marketing professionals.The difference youmake:Youcontribute to positive, meaningful work that makes a difference to our clients.
