The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, ensuring professional and consistent client service. They apply their functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and cloud application expertise (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements.
We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet increasing market demand and seek IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.
What will you be doing?
* Developing end-to-end solutions utilizing industry best practices and product capabilities.
* Leading delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams for Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
* Facilitating client meetings and workshops with large groups.
* Overseeing offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for deployment.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and expanding your network and expertise to meet client needs.
What will you need to do it?
* Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
* Expertise in Core HCM module.
* Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR business process changes.
* Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
* Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams.
* Consultancy experience, including pre-sales and business development activities.
Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:
* Experience with other Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Work Life.
