We're looking for a Field Operations Compliance and Administration Specialist to join our team. Supporting our customer, you'll brief in-store activity for a team of Field Merchandisers. Develop, collate, prepare, and publish effective compliance updates for Hallmark's key customers (internal and external).
The key part of your role will be to manage the relationship with our key customer to agree on in-store activity and report back on compliance updates. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Work as an embedded member of the customer's team and an active part of the Hallmark team, balancing the interests of both parties.
2. Own the compliance data, dashboards, and operational outputs required to manage customer SLAs, expectations, and contractual obligations.
3. Identify the right data needed to fulfill internal and external customer needs and communicate regularly with customer users to improve outputs.
4. Develop accurate and meaningful field activity reports for the customer and use data to drive compliance and improvements.
5. Build close working relationships with trading teams and suppliers to understand current and future requirements.
6. Manage uploading briefs and compliance documents to the Pepperi system.
7. Develop relationships with customer contacts and support store communications and compliance presentations.
8. Provide compliance reports and dashboards, managing feedback and questions from the customer.
9. Engage the Field Merchandising team in issue resolution and updates.
10. Monitor activity levels versus plans to protect profitability.
11. Support in-store product presentation, kit development, POS, and stock.
12. Support field merchandising projects and technology updates, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
13. Collaborate with suppliers and store colleagues to challenge non-compliance and take corrective actions.
14. Partner with the Field technology team to develop training materials for the field team.
15. Manage archiving of completed compliance documentation and imagery.
16. Participate in any other projects as required by the customer.
