* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Conducting financial and data analysis to identify trends and key insights
* Performing variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
* Calculating labour recovery rates and understanding contract profitability
* Providing financial insights to operational teams and influencing decision-making
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
* A background in management accounting
* Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets
* Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with operational teams
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Experience in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, or a similar industry (preferred)
