SEND Support Staff - Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Ruislip area to recruit dedicated SEND Support Staff to work within their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP).
This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in a nurturing, well-resourced setting.
The Role:
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience working with SEND (school-based or relevant care setting)
Is confident and comfortable with personal care responsibilities
Is patient, compassionate, and proactive
Can work effectively as part of a supportive team
Is available full time and ready to start ASAP
