This is a long term ongoing contract role, with a view to start immediately.
What You Will Do:
- Provide world-class customer service and support to existing and potential clients, ensuring all interactions leave a lasting positive impression.
- Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, order placements, and cash collection, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their goals, improve customer experience, and drive efficiency.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Process internal sales swiftly and accurately, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Coordinate store returns, including handling light lifting duties as required.
- Maintain precise records using Excel (essential) and SAP (desirable), ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Assist with end-of-month billing processes and perform general office duties as needed.
