You will: ​ Attend college one day a week to work towards your HNC in Civil/Structural Engineering. Gain valuable experience and technical knowledge by working on real projects. Transition to a full-time position with us upon completion of your training. ​ What We’re Looking For ​ Educational Requirements: ​ SCE Higher in Maths or Physics (Grade C or above), OR Technological Higher subject (Grade C or above) with National 5 Maths, OR NQ in engineering or construction. ​ Personal Qualities: ​ Enthusiasm and commitment. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. ​ Key Responsibilities ​ Personal Development: Commit to ongoing training and personal growth. Training: Work towards completing your HNC. Site Work: Attend site visits and respond to site queries as needed. ​ General Duties ​ Drawing Production: Assist in creating technical drawings. Technical Support: Provide support to engineers and technicians. Professional Development: Stay updated on new technologies and software. Team Contribution: Help enhance the company's profitability and reputation. Project Involvement: Contribute to project decisions and outcomes. Reporting: Communicate with your Section Leader on technical and welfare issues.
