The Opportunity
A UK membership organisation in outdoor leisure is looking for a Product Manager to lead product development for their membership proposition. This is a standalone role with significant autonomy, working with 750,000+ members across 80+ UK sites.
The Role
Product Development & Innovation Lead membership proposition development and evolution while launching new guest experience initiatives. You will explore new market opportunities like glamping and alternative accommodation, translating customer insights into viable propositions. Customer Experience Champion a customer-first mindset across all initiatives. You will be responsible for improving the end-to-end customer journey across both digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring insights are embedded into every product design.
Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Insights, Revenue, and Creative teams. You will coordinate across 85 sites to ensure consistent delivery of the product vision. Commercial Delivery Evaluate pricing strategies and revenue implications. You will define operational rollout plans, monitor performance, and refine products based on hard data.
What We're Looking For
Product management experience in travel, leisure, hospitality, hotels, holiday parks, rail, or tourism
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
A track record of using customer insights to drive decision-making
Experience working within multi-site operational environments
A commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing and revenue
Passionate communicator focused on the guest experience Desirable
Membership organisations or subscription services experience
Knowledge of booking systems and customer journey optimization
Proven success with product launches in the leisure or hospitality sectors
