Job Description
A local authority based in Manchester is seeking a Childcare Lawyer with advocacy for an initial period of three months.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload. You will advise on matters such as NAI, adoption, fostering, contact etc. you will hold a caseload of circa. 10-12 cases in proceedings and will need to undertake hearings such as IRH, CMH and final hearings lasting a few days.
\n\n
The client is seeking candidates available to attend the office or attend in person hearings. As a minimum you will need to attend fortnightly. Advocacy must be undertaken and is non-negotiable.

You must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role.
