Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring payrolls are delivered accurately and to agreed deadlines
* Process payrolls end-to-end, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Monitor workloads and ensure processes are followed in line with agreed procedures
* Support team development through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
* Handle payroll-related correspondence and ensure timely resolution of employer and employee queries
* Escalate complex issues where appropriate
* Develop knowledge of pensions administration and related processes
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a multi payroll processing role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
* Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong relationship-building skills
