MB are proudly working with a well established apparel business looking for an International Sales Manager (Distributors) to drive growth across Europe and the Middle East. This role will manage a mix of direct retail accounts and distributors, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop key retail group accounts across Europe & Middle East.
* Work closely with distributors to optimise performance and brand presence.
* Deliver sales strategies aligned to market needs and company objectives.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms.
* Regular travel to key markets for account management and business development.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in international apparel sales.
* Track record with major retail groups and distributors in the regions.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable with frequent travel.
* Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
