They're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their friendly team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of their busy office.
What you'll be doing:
* Being the first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries, directing them appropriately and professionally.
* Managing and maintaining office systems and procedures, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
* Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
* Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
* Assisting with marketing activities, such as preparing property brochures and updating online listings.
* Processing invoices, managing expenses, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
* Providing general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in an office administration role, ideally within the property sector (although not essential).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
