As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Outreach and prospecting to meet prospects and uncover opportunities. Continually refine outreach strategies and collaborate with SDRs and other BDMs to develop best in class processes.
2. Deep discovery to identify customer pain points and align Lexology PRO solutions to deliver value.
3. Conduct tailored product demos and articulate the value of Lexology PRO to prospects across roles and sectors.
4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
5. Own the full 360 sales cycle, prospecting and qualifying opportunities, building pipeline, demonstrating value, and navigating complex procurement processes to close deals with legal professionals and decision-makers.
6. Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM (Salesforce) and report on KPIs such as AOV, conversion rate, and churn.
7. Work with account managers and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Contribute to team strategy and share insights on ICP trends, objections, and market feedback.

14. Work closely with CS and AM to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
What You Bring
15. 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
16. Proven track record of exceeding targets.
17. Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas & companies.
18. A proactive mindset and resilience in navigating objections and complex buying cycles.
19. Familiarity with CRM and Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari) and experience using sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN.
20. A collaborative and competitive individual - you're motivated by team wins as much as personal success.
21. An Entrepreneurial spirit. You are motivated by building something new and with all the challenges and opportunities that it brings.
