You’ll be the on-site IT presence for a key customer near Chichester - the person users turn to when things stop working, when new starters need setting up, and when systems need a steady pair of hands.

What you’ll be doing
* Providing day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
* Troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows desktop environments
* Setting up and configuring devices for new starters and replacements
* Resolving issues via desk-side support, phone, and ticketing systems
* Escalating more complex problems when needed with clear documentation
* Keeping systems stable, secure, and running smoothly
* Building strong working relationships with users across the business
What you’ll bring
* Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role
* Confidence working across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
* Solid troubleshooting skills across desktops and core server services
* A calm, professional approach when dealing with users
* Someone who takes ownership and sees issues through to resolution
