We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a
Part-Time Administrator / Secretary
to support daily office operations. This is an
ongoing opportunity
suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.

West Browmich
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate:
£12.21
per hour
Contract:
Ongoing, Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and operational tasks
Maintain organised records and carry out accurate data entry
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle phone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Support basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings
Assist with general clerical duties to support efficient office operations
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong IT skills, including
Microsoft Office
and
Google Workspace
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail
Experience with
QuickBooks
is advantageous
Knowledge of general clerical and data entry procedures
