Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will provide partnering support to a variety of senior stakeholders here at Bupa, managing the financial performance of a £690m portfolio. How you'll help us make health happen: Financial business partner support to General Managers within 'BGUK' at Bupa, providing value-add/forward thinking analysis to support strategy Provide monthly financial performance reviews Generate competitive advantage through management of risk & scenario analysis Lead forecasting and financial performance reporting Contribute to 3-year planning and pricing strategies Partner with Bupa Actuarial and Pricing teams Ensure cost base delivers ROI Manage investment activity for acquisition and retention propositions Lead and develop a team of finance analysts Key Skills / Qualifications Commercially focused qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) Significant commercial finance experience within large corporate environment Excellent influencing skills & gravitas to build rapport with senior stakeholders Strong presentation and communication skills Analytical mindset, able to provide meaningful analysis to support strategy Demonstrable track record of finance business partnering at senior level Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
