Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 1730
Saturday work on a rota basis
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our dynamic team. This key role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure efficient logistics operations that meet and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement logistics plans to maximize supply chain efficiency.
* Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Use logistic software and analytical tools to track shipments and assess performance.
* Communicate logistics updates and resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications
* Strong computer literacy, including logistics software and Microsoft Outlook.
* Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written..
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Previous experience with logistics .
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Must have own transport due to depot location.
* Experience of transport routing
* Must be available for Saturday shifts on a rota basis.
