The Role
Private Client Solicitor to handle a varied and rewarding caseload, working closely with individuals and families on a range of matters.
Your work will include:
* Private Client Solicitor to advise on wills, probate and estate administration
* Preparing and drafting legal documents including wills, trusts and powers of attorney
* Supporting clients with lifetime and estate planning, including inheritance tax considerations
* Managing probate matters from instruction through to completion
* Building trusted, long-term client relationships
* Contributing to team initiatives, networking and business development activities
About You
* Qualified Private Client Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive and empathetic approach to client care
* STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) is advantageous
