Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join the team at a SEN School setting in Tenterden. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact in the lives of children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning plans
* Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families
* Track and report on student progress and adapt strategies accordingly
* Promote independence and social development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Experience teaching pupils with SEND, particularly in primary or specialist settings
* Excellent understanding of EHCPs and adaptive teaching strategies
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
