About the Role You'll oversee day-to-day accommodation operations, from check-ins and room assignments to maintenance and compliance. This role is vital in creating a safe, respectful living environment for a culturally diverse workforce. What You'll Do Manage housing for seasonal workers, including check-in/out and occupancy records. Ensure compliance with housing regulations, sanitation, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams. Provide welfare support and act as a liaison between workers and HR. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections. Respond to emergencies and ensure workers understand safety procedures. What Our Client is Looking For Experience in accommodation or facilities management, hospitality, or agricultural support. Knowledge of housing standards and health & safety compliance. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity. Ability to manage high-volume check-ins during peak seasons.
