Fugro is now seeking ambitious Graduate Engineers to join the Engineering and Consultancy team based in our Oxfordshire head office. The Consulting team is responsible for analysing and interpreting accurate geological, geotechnical and geophysical data, as well as laboratory testing data, which enables our clients to make informed decisions during the engineering, design and construction phases of infrastructure development projects, ultimately reducing project risk and costs. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will support the delivery of geotechnical and engineering projects across land and nearshore environments. You will take part in desktop studies, site investigations, data integration and interpretation of subsurface conditions to support safe and reliable design of major energy and infrastructure projects. Alongside fieldwork, you will work in the office applying advanced software to integrated ground models and geotechnical analyses. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, project managers and clients, gaining hands‑on experience while playing an important role in delivering high‑quality projects across the business. Fugro offers significant progression opportunities as you become established in the company and grow your capabilities. Opportunities exist for promotion to Consulting Team Lead or other career paths, and for those who are internationally mobile, overseas opportunities may also be available. Fugro offers a wide range of in‑house and external training to develop your technical capabilities and your personal leadership skills.
