Sales Negotiator Estate Agent based in Addlestone/West Byfleet, Surrey
Basic salary: £22,000 - £30,000
OTE: £50,000 - £60,000
Responsibilities
* Sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets
* Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical, and administrative systems
* Attract vendors and applicants
* Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
* Generate viewings and offers
* Negotiate offers to agreed deals
* Achieve personal and individual activity targets
* Generate listing opportunities
* Collate own and daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance
* Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
* Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards
Requirements
* At least one year estate agency experience
* Driving licence
