The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be generating and converting new business opportunities by making outbound calls to UK businesses.
You will:
1. Make outbound B2B calls using a proven script.
2. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
3. Generate new opportunities and close sales.
4. Complete sales administration to a high standard for the contract to be submitted.
5. Be driven and competitive to consistently meet and exceed your individual sales targets.
This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to follow structured conversations in a regulated industry.
What We Offer
6. Starting salary of £32,500 with an increase upon successful probation
7. Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £70,000+
