Our prestigious medical client, is seeking a a highly organised, proactive and client facing Clinic Operations Manager to join their team with the focus of elevating their client's experience and streamline daily operations. Working within an innovative, this is a pivotal role and requires someone who can act as a lynchpin between the clinical team and clients, ensuring every process and interaction is handled and delivered in a first class manner.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within a high-end, medical, or aesthetic clinic setting. Exceptionally organised with strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail. Polished, professional demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools. Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
