What you will be doing
* Operate relevant equipment in production areas – TRAC, IRIS, FlowSuite, printing, copying, finishing, basic design packages, quality control, ISE, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting customer expectations.
* Ensure smooth Mail Room processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follow standard procedures for Document Organisation & Finishing at work tables and machines.
* Complete all relevant paperwork accurately to provide clear information to management or customers.
* Demonstrate productive work practices and meet minimum standards of excellence, while being deadline-driven to achieve customer SLAs.
* Strive for customer satisfaction in all work, maintaining professionalism to ensure excellent customer service.
* Adhere to company standards of behaviour and performance to fulfill all production tasks.
* Maintain equipment in a clean and safe environment and ensure the workspace is tidy to meet Health and Safety regulations.
* Be flexible to work within other key areas of the business as needed to meet customer expectations.
You will ideally have
* Ability to work within tight deadlines to meet customer requirements.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Knowledge of products and experience in a document/production environment.
* PC literacy.
* Good communication skills.
* Quality awareness.
* Knowledge of company procedures and policies.
* Health and safety awareness.
