Senior Research Business Intelligence Officer
Location: Oak Cancer Centre, Sutton, Surrey. 60% onsite, 40% remote.
Position within The Royal Marsden’s Clinical Research Directorate, Joint Clinical Research & Development Core Services.
Responsibilities
* Support the Business Intelligence function in Clinical Research Core Services.
* Monitor all new local and national clinical research performance and metrics.
* Ensure high‑quality data in governance administrative systems.
* Provide various reporting activities.
* Interface with governance and operations functions; manage and assess patient recruitment metrics.
* Oversee study progress from initiation to completion, keeping abreast of governance changes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong experience in clinical research governance processes, both as a research site and sponsor.
* Expertise in business intelligence activities: database management, process development, data analysis and reporting.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders.
