Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisors are required to join our team in Blackpool, offering an OTE of £35k.
If you have drive, determination, and a strong sales background, we want to hear from you. Full training and support are provided.

Main responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
* Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals in a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the mortgage process, providing advice on a range of products and services
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships
Skills and experience required:
* CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care and service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
