As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Accounts Manager who enjoys nurturing client relationships, supporting junior team members, and taking real ownership of their client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing juniors’ preparation work and providing support and guidance.
* Reviewing accounts prior to partner sign-off and helping prepare information for client meetings.
* Preparing accounts for more complex clients from well-maintained digital records.
* Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for your clients, handling routine queries and building strong relationships.
* Managing your own block of clients, including workflow, WIP, billing, and general file ownership alongside the partner.
* Growing into the role with opportunities for progression.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ accounting experience (practice experience preferred).
* Confident reviewing accounts and supporting junior staff.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine, client-focused approach.
* Someone friendly, reliable, and keen to be part of a supportive team.
