The role:
As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy mail-order warehouse. From managing stock flow to coordinating order dispatch, you'll ensure every customer receives their order quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
* Ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
* Monitor stock levels, goods-in, and returns processes.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.
* Work with management to meet KPIs and improve processes.
* Train new staff and support team development.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
* Confident with warehouse systems and basic IT.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
* A genuine interest in cycling is a bonus
Hours of Work:
* Usually Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:30hrs, Friday to Sunday 09:00-17:00hrs
* 5 days from 7
