Our client is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Hybrid working maybe an option. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): • Updating Confidential Financial Reviews input/updating • Letter of Authority processing and chasing • Oversee incoming funds • Complete fund switches and send fund switch letters • Pipeline review • Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative) • Manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers • Manage Outsourced Letter of Authority Process • Manage Outsourced Administrative processes • Continuous development towards AWM role Skills and experience: • Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services • Willingness to complete CII exams • Proficient in the use of Salesforce software • Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills For more information please send CV in to Tony Ward quoting job reference 16868TW.
