Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, practical, and ambitious Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, utilising varied mediums and techniques.

* Facilitate student participation in external competitions, exhibitions, and co-curricular Art clubs.

* Track and encourage pupil development, celebrating effort and high achievement in creative expression.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS in Art & Design.
* Enthusiasm for fostering student creativity and technical skills in a mixed-gender educational setting.
* Clear potential to become an outstanding classroom practitioner, demonstrated by high-quality initial teacher training.
* Strong portfolio and subject knowledge across a range of artistic disciplines.
