Your new role
They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Sustainability Consultancy to join the team. The successful candidate will lead the sustainability department and provide clients with a range of services; these services will be moulded around the perfect candidate. You will be responsible for client liaison and developing business, although there is plenty in-house to start with. You will report into the head of M&E and the CEO to develop the team with their support.
This services will consist of:
1. Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
2. Sustainability reports
And also ideally:
3. BREEAM Assessments
4. SAP Reports
5. Simplified Building Energy Models (SBEM)
What you'll need to succeed
6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. A master's degree is preferred.
7. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consultancy, ideally with a focus on M&E projects.
8. Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and sustainable technologies.
9. Proven experience in leading sustainability projects and developing sustainability strategies.
10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
11. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
12. Self-starting and self-sufficient.
13. Professional certifications such as BREEAM, or similar are highly desirable.
14. Proficiency with modelling software is desirable.
